Monsterという就職・採用サービスを提供しているサイトに、"The 50 Toughest Interview Questions to Ask or to Answer" というページがあります。このページには、面接でよく聞かれる質問が載っているので、面接の準備として活用できます。

すべての質問を見たところ、私がこれまで何度も面接をしてきた中で、聞かれた記憶がないのは、20、25、31、32、35、40、41の7つだけ。もちろん、一つの面接でここにある質問を全部聞かれるわけではありませんが、これだけ準備をすれば、どんな質問を聞かれても、だいたい答えることができるでしょう。

 

私が卒業したIMDでは、卒業生が面接官として、模擬面接の機会を設けています。面接の様子を録画して、姿勢や表情、ジェスチャーなども見直します。また、質問に対する答えの内容が、説得力のあるものだったか、しゃべりすぎてきないか、など、卒業生からフィードバックを受けます。

 

模擬面接での練習が無理だとしても、声に出して質問に答える練習は必ずしてください。なぜなら、頭で思っているよりも、意外とことばが出てこなかったり、声に出してみると言いにくいフレーズがあったりするからです。
